Fenugreek (methi) is an essential herb in Indian, Ethiopian, and Middle Eastern cooking — the fresh leaves (methi saag) are used in dals, curries, and flatbreads, while the seeds are a key spice. One of the easiest herbs to grow on a windowsill.
