Kiwi (hardy or fuzzy) is a vigorous fruiting vine that produces loads of sweet-tart fruit — but you need both male and female plants and a sturdy support.

Plant one male for every 6-8 female vines on a strong trellis. Prune hard in winter and summer to control vigor. Hardy kiwis (Actinidia arguta) crop in 3-5 years.
